Drivesoft Incorporated was getting serious recognition and respect in the car audio industry. DEI, one of the largest car audio and alarm manufacturers, displayed a vehicle built by West Coast Customs (WCC) at the 2004 Consumer Electronics Show (CES).

June (First Drivesoft MTV Pimp My Ride Episode)
On June 13 of 2004 the Drivesoft System with Driver Friendly Software (DFS) was featured on the MTV Show Pimp My Ride. The show airs on Sundays at 9:30pm ET/PT. (MTV Pimp My Ride, Episode Guide). Season 1 Episode 15 with Kerry getting a new 2004 Scion XB because his Ford Escort's body was welded together with liquid nails in some places. Before the show finished airing episode 15 Drivesoft, Inc website had over 10,000 visitors and by the end of the week it was up to 50,000 visitors. Since the first airing we have logged over 5 million visitors.

The Drivesoft System with Driver Friendly Software (DFS) was featured on the Cover Page of the November 2004 Issue of Car Audio Magazine. The November Issue was released in August of 2004.

Showed 15 cars at the SEMA show in Las Vegas and was located in the DEI booth. The 300C Choptop was displayed with Drivesoft and WCC products installed. WCC was also pre-recording an under-ground DVD of the shop and the 300C build. At this time know one knew about it.
